Remember this in the corner grocery store?

Some memories of childhood are delightful. This one is–The candy jar that sat on the counter near the cash register (yes, back in the day) and if you had a couple of pennies, you plopped them on the counter to pay for a reach into the candy jar for your turn of sugary delights.

Now I want one for my kitchen counter for my Pretend Children. I think they will love it!! But first I must investigate what their favorites are.

Expensive plastic

I sent it back. I thought it was glass, but it was plastic. Pretty expensive for a small plastic jar.
