Top locks with a small turn clockwise after aligning up.

Holes are plenty large…I believe just right size…

Shaker with the mostest

At last a shaker with holes big enough to use for dried chili. This is a beautiful heavy shaker with big holes. I’d still like slightly larger holes, but this is the best I’ve found.

Volume dredging!

I like pepper and use the coarse restaurant pepper in this dredge. It will pour a lot, but for cooking, I don’t have to shake, shake, shake. One shake and I’m done. The cover and the fact that it doesn’t have a handle are a bonus.
