easy on the back

light, powerful…my old kirby was on its last legs , bags and repairs are just too expensive to justify anymore…this little vacuum is just what i was looking for….i would buy it again…for the price it goes beyond my expectations…it just follows me around with no effort…suction is somtimes too strong, but can that really be bad in a vacuum…i just had to learn to regulate the suction…also the bags are small, but replacements are much cheaper than my old ones…love it, love it

Great little vacuum for hard floors

**** Updated: It is now 4 days later and unfortunately I am going to have to return this vacuum, for 2 reasons. On about its 4th use, the cord is no longer retracting, it just stopped working for no particular reason. Also, I have decided this vacuum is really not powerful enough, so back to the store it goes.

One other feature of this vacuum that I thought was really nice, you slide the bag in to a frame and it seals when you close it – good design.

I just received this vacuum, which I purchased elsewhere (as I am in Canada and Amazon doesn’t ship there). I was looking for a cannister vacuum, as I much prefer them over the upright and this one looked cute.

Well first of all, it is cute, cute pattern on this little vacuum.

The suction is what you would expect from a small vacuum. If you are currently using a powerful upright, this will not replace it. That said, as I mentioned in my title, this vacuum is really for hard floors, not carpet. While I can see using it if you have a couple of small area rugs only, if you have wall to wall you won’t want this (although it does surface clean carpets, there is no deep down cleaning).

As for how it does on hard floors, seems just fine, picks up all the little bits and pieces on the floor. It is also quiet, compared to other vacuums I have owned, so that’s nice too.

To sum up, if you are looking for a lightweight vacuum for cleaning hard floors and doing a bit of dusting and a few area rugs, this is a great little vacuum.
